Welcome to Ink & Ember. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Ink & Ember mobile application (“App”), provided by Todd Martin (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App

Ink & Ember is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Use the app in any unlawful way.
• Modify, reverse engineer, or copy any part of the app or its content.
• Violate any intellectual property rights related to the app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Ink & Ember offers an auto-renewing yearly subscription for access to premium features. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Allow your subscription to renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

We do not provide refunds for unused portions of the subscription period.

3. Trial Period

If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. Once the trial expires, your subscription will begin automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial.

4. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and handle your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and code within Ink & Ember are the property of Enigmatic Bits LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the use of the app. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
